Abstract: | This debate article presents several executives' views on the effective way of handling the differences in ethics and cultures between Eastern and Western countries. Some cultures are hostile to concepts of human rights. The course of action taken abroad may need to differ substantially from the one taken at home. The following executives are commenting: - A.
