| Abstract: | Unemployment, waiting a job and re-employment are major issues which are of both great immediate significance and long-term strategic significance. We must correctly under- stand and scientifically treat them at the present stage. Facing the fact that waiting a job exists commonly, we both enhance the employed's ability of meeting an emergency and create the necessary social conditions for the job-waiting workers. To realize re-employment, we should accelerate economic development in order to expand the capacity of employment. Besides, we should develop with great efforts the tertiary industry and overseas labour service to enlarge the scope of employment and create new job opportunities. |
