| Abstract: | The unemployee are still 6.14 million in the re-employment service center by the end of 1998.It's not optimistic for supplement and demand of labour in China during 1999 and 2002.The basic way of promoting employment is to correct deal with the relationship between the re-employment of un-employee and reform & development,to expand the employment way, enforce the national economic power to absorb employment, help particular hard areas and groups, develop non-obiligation education. The measure on maco-control employment is to control the supplement-demand of labours and the result of market balance. |
