| Abstract: | From sustained development point of view, the employment should rest on resources, environment, population, capital, knowledge, social system, culture and society. Currently the government should make full use of the human resources and in the long term it should strive to save on all kinds of resources. When designing long-term labor employment strategies,t he government should integrate the policies of development with those of reform. When laying down labor employment policies, the government should try to make domestic policies adaptable to and consistent with international cooperative rules. |
