| Abstract: | In the past 13 years, China's state assets suffer daily loss of about 0.1 billion yuan. The paper discusses the various channels of loss of state assets from the six aspects of sino-foreign joint ventures and cooperation, the share-holding system of enterprises and transformation of enterprises into corporations, enterprise business management, collective enterprises, administrative and institutional organization and handling of assets. |
