| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the historical evolution and background of the go-in-depth reform of China's investment system. It holds that the short-term investment reform should mainly be carried out surrounding the following aspects. 1. The investment scope of various kinds of investment subjects should be rationally divided. The ways of fund-raising for various kinds of investment projects should be standardized. The self-restraint mechanism of investors should be strengthened. The micro control system of investment should be perfected. |
