| Abstract: | The paper makes an analysis of achievements and problems of the reform of labour, wage and social insurance system of enterprises since 1978. It holds that under the market economic system, developing the labour force market should be the focal point to promote the reform of labour, wage and social insurance system, to set up a new labour system and wage system and to perfect the social insurance system. |
