| Abstract: | The introduction of the market mechanism does not and will not enhance the overall economic benefits of China. To increase economic efficiency is the focus of developing the economy and is the ultimate goal of reform. To seek profits and maximum economic benefits is the behavior of enterprises demanded by the market economy. But as for the state , it is more important whether enterprises can increase productivity. |
