| Abstract: | The basic contents of modern enterprise system include: 1) the system of full financial responsibility, enterprise as a legal body assuming sole responsibility for profits and losses; 2) enterprise's vertical leading system which lower-lever leaders are authorized by high-lever leaders; 3) standardized accounting system; 4) enterprise's distribution system of sharing equal profit; 5) enterprise's labor system which employer and employee can chosen by each other. China's enterprise system must be reformed in the five aspects above in order to establish modern enterprise system. |
