| Abstract: | To some extent and on a certain scale, the vicious cycle of "import-backward-import again" exists in China's technological import. This results from obstacles to technical capacity, raising of funds, and to socioeconomic environment and system, and finds expression in inefficient innovation after import and in failure to improve technology. As a result, China's industrial modernization and economic development have been severely affected and restricted. |
