| Abstract: | The general goal of State's policies of industrial layout is to optimize industrial layout as a whole, increase benefits of industrial layout and to improve general qualities of the national economy and the international competitiveness of industries. The short-term and midterm goal of policies of industrial layout is to, by carrying out industrial allocation policies, ease the constraint of "bottleneck" industries, create and determine pilot industries, nurture and develop hi-tech industries, promote the growth of basic industrial groups, and to develop superior regional industries. |
