| Abstract: | In this article, it is considered that the low profit of state-owned banks derives from the low efficiency of structure. To increase the economic profit of state-owned banks, the essential way is to improve the total efficiency of bank structure through structural innovation. On the basis of clearly defining the rights and functions of main equity part and profit relations,China should adopt holding company system with multi-level legal person instead of branch system with one-level legal person, to reduce the levels of entrusted agency, regulate entrusted agency relation, realize puralization of main equity part, improve internal regulating system, strengthen external supervision, decrease agency cost and provide organizational and systematic support for the improvement of bank's structural efficiency. |
