| Abstract: | in 1996, China's reform of grain price has taken a giant step forward by raising the purchase and marketing price of grain by a big margin and by improving management methods of this price. Notions of future reform of food price are as follows:1) the central government should be responsible for regulation; 2)the system of special reserves of grain and risk fund should be improved to a greater extent; 3) as far as government-enterprise relations are concerned, it is necessary to establish the relations of agency in line with economic principles; 4) the top and button price of grain is to be fixed. |
