| Abstract: | From the experience of economic development of present-day industrialized countries, there has been no nation which is able to enjoy sustained, rapid and healthy development by relying on markets or state's intervention alone. The article elaborates how to integrate market mechanisms with the state's control in terms of mutually-complementing relations between market mechanisms and the state's control, transformation of governmental functions and the necessity of standardization and guarantee of the legal system. It is of special importance to successful completion of transformation of China's economic system and pattern of economic growth. |
