| Abstract: | It is suggested that monetary policies should be focused on restructuring and that the rate of interest of loans for technical renovation and development of new products be adjusted below that of current loans. At the same time, in the course of deepened reform of state-owned enterprises, securities markets should play a positive role. It is necessary to enhance the vigor and mechanism of self- development of enterprises, monitor and keep track of changes and impacts of the structure of money supply after adjustment of rates of interest since May 1, and take relevant measures of control according to the effect. |
