| Abstract: | To make housing construction a new economic growth point, a question of the first importance is the commercialization of housing. However, its basic premise is to foster residents' awareness of housing consumption and change their old concept of housing consumption. The reform of housing system doesn't mean that the state must raise wage by a large margin. Instead, what needs to do only is to convert the original funds of state-owned units for purchasing houses for their staff and workers into staff's and workers' money income. In this way staff and workers would give up the ideas of waiting for the distribution of houses. Then, on the basis of establishing and perfecting banks' mortgage loan system, the housing consumption can be promoted. |
