| Abstract: | With the reform of housing system in urban area deepening gradually, the overall state of marketing of houses was good in the second quarter. The marketed space was increased greatly compared with the same period of last year. The real estate market was started obviously with house price rigidity in the up ward. According to a real estate market survey in 35 large and medium-sized cities across the country, house marketing price, land trading price and house leasing price rose by 2.1%, 2.8% and 0.4% respectively in the second quarter compared with the same period of last year. |
