| Abstract: | The charges on real estate management are forced and owing to the current lack of competition and restriction they are monopolized. In addition, the market of charges on real estate management cannot be accomplished at one stroke. So this problem should be solved by two steps, the first of which is in the main to set up the norm, the second to charge through market. The goals in the recent time are to deepen the knowledge about real estate management by the people in all walks of life in the society, smooth its various relations, establish rules on how to charge and improve its management. |
