| Abstract: | In the latter two years of the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period,it is hard to get rid of deflation. It is anticipated that in 1999 the price index for commodities retail is-3% and that for residents consumers-1.5%. But in 2000, the falling scope is evidently narrowed, the growth rate of the economy declining, though the gliding rate less. The demand in the market is still sluggish and the supply larger than demand. |
