| Abstract: | Cutting costs, reducing waste and using labour more efficiently make sense in any language or in any organisation. This article describes how European Components, Belfast, is taking a Japanese approach to the way it works so that, step by step, it is continually changing for the better. European Components does not claim to be perfect in its application of Kaizen. The process will, hopefully, secure the long term future of the company. |
