Abstract:The rate of economic growth in the country has been dropping continuously in recent years. Moreover, the general level of prices has been going down since 1997 and shows a negative growth, which was rare in the past. Consumption is keeping low in markets and it seems very difficult to sell goods. However, the author argues that the present overproduction in the country is relative, on low level and partial. Furthermore, the surplus of many goods is temporary and some even false. It absolutely can not be placed on a par with the overproduction in capitalist societies. The crux behind the overproduction in the country is structural imbalance.
