| Abstract: | It is difficult to overture agricultural macro-management depend on along executive or economic ways from three kinds of agricultural macro-management, which should be inter-supplement under the socialism market economy in rural. The legal way is one of the most important of agricultural macro-management. To set up and improve legal system of agricultural macro-management, we should add up rational legislative content and scientific legislative clause so as to heighten legal practice and operation. |
