| Abstract: | The quality of state-owned enterprise decides it can be distributed in some special businesses and crucial areas. Too wide distribution of state-owned enterprise is an important reason of deficit. To readjust businesses' distribution is a necessary measure to improve state-owned enterprise out of poverty and carry out national economic policy of "doing something but not doing anything". The blocked exit of current state-owned enterprise affects its reform. The paper analyzes the current systematic and structural obstacles and dangers of state-owned enterprise and relative resolution. |
