| Abstract: | The author tackles the touchy issue of employee profit sharing/bonuses by using a case of a UK scientific business. He discusses current incentive employee bonus schemes which relate to firm profits. In a radical departure he claims that an incitive program based on value added is more sensible and better placed to produce a positive reaction throughout the labor force. The benefits to both sides are impressively documented. |
