| Abstract: | A theoretical model is presented which initiates the process of integrating performance evaluation and compensation decisions as feedback messages.A main feature of the model is to describe more fully the role of supervisory and subordinate attributions about the outcomes of performance on several reactions like employee motivations, expectations for future success, and acceptance of feedback. |
