| Abstract: | The subjects of the paper are computer programs and electronic spreadsheets. The paper considers the computer software programme Microsoft Excel. The paper offers ways on how to place explanatory comments on a complex spreadsheet using tools in Excel and Windows. The author of this paper also considers the command function of the Reviewing toolbar and pay attention to ways to review comments and to the tools for placing tick marks. The author answers the question what do the one should do if he or she need to include explanatory comments on a complex spreadsheet, or if the one's audit client has given you a schedule on a spreadsheet and the one wants to document the audit procedures. |
