| Abstract: | This article concens how managers interact with cluster solutions. The author´s of this article create an experiment so that they can sift whether managers could distinguish between cluster analysis outputs. From these outputs they create two information conditions; limited information condition and enhanced information condition. Finally the interests of establishing boundary conditions are examined. |
