| Abstract: | Using Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) data this article explores the factors promoting informal investment in Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia. The study shows that the reason for low rates and small amounts of informal investment is found in entrepreneurial behaviors which are consistent with limited market economy experience. Different groups of informal investors are identified by cluster analysis. |
