| Abstract: | The Internet provides unparalleled opportunities for stakeholders to research the activities of corporations who increasingly find themselves operating in a "global goldfish bowl". This paper researches 275 companies from 21 countries and 21 sectors which were analysed against content and design criteria to assess the effectiveness, as well as the accessibility of their environmental reporting websites, and underpinned by information from 100 environmental managers regarding the management of those websites. |
