| Abstract: | The results of a survey of social and environmental information disclosures on the websites of the Global Fortune 500 (GF500) are described in this article. It is also shown, how these companies use the Internet technologies available to communicate this information. The main results indicate that relatively many GF500 companies report on social and environmental issues on their websites and/or in specific reports available for download. |
