Abstract: | Public relations management is described as a task of general management and as a set of activities of the organizational unit "Public Affairs". An integrative concept for successful public affairs management with respect to the company-external and the company-internal public is delineated. The concept builds upon the corporate vision as well as upon the strategic and operative management concept. Aspects of organizational implementation are highlighted and it is shown how the public relations management function should be dealt from the point of controllership respectively managerial accounting. |
