| Abstract: | Karlis Cerbulis is optimistic that sometime late this year (1994) the Riga Stock Exchange will be up and running. An American-born Latvian, Cerbulis is president of the new exchange. He's been making the rounds both in Latvia and abroad looking for financial support and ideas. |
