| Abstract: | Minister of post and telecommunications Oscar Mammi drew up 41 articles some of which became operative immediately, while others will be put into effect until Jan. 1993. All broadcasters must have a license to operate. Ownership of national stations is limited to three. Only three breaks are allowed in 90 minute movies. The laws have serious consequences for some major broadcasters. |
