| Abstract: | Mind Extension University (ME/U) is a pioneer in distance learning. It offers a bachelors degree in management and a Masters in Business Administration exclusively by cable and satellite. Owing to the partnership between ME/U and TI-IN Network, its programming is available to 12 million television households. NTU (National Technology University) is one of the first distance learning institutions to test video compression technology. |
