| Abstract: | This article discusses anew approach to organizational analysis - postmodernism. The author contrasts modern and postmodern forms of explanation and explores a family of terms derived from these two concepts. In so doing, the author discusses whether postmodernism is best described as an "epoch" or an "epistemology", a distinction which underpins current debates. The author produces an inventory of key concepts for postmodern organizational analysis. |
