| Abstract: | The limited capacities of nature and social systems require new guidelines for production and consumption. This has increased the importance of the ecological product design, because a large part of the consumption of resources and the environmental pollution is produced through the enormous streams of substances, energy, and waste of products during theri whole life cycles. In this article the author gives a detailed description of the main aims for a waste minimization and recycling economy. |
