| Abstract: | Office activities are mainly concerned with taking, treatment, keeping and mediation of information.The growing significance of information and new information technology increased the possibilities for data processing and also the importance of office processes.This is not only administration, but the prevalent part of the work of "white collar" workers.In the article the author deals with the meaning of office activities, their different kinds, inner structure of these processes, principles of their shaping and the statement of their efficiency, their mechanisation and automatization and the trends of their future development. |
