| Abstract: | Under changing circumstances strategies often loose their ability to generate a successful outcome. Therefore planning processes that are suitable for generating successful strategies are gaining importance under the condition of a highly dynamic environment. This paper offers a framework of basic dimensions of planning processes which are seen in the intensity, the rationality and the openness of the planning process. |
