Abstract:This paper provides the text of the interview with Peter Drucker. Privatization, outsourcing, management theory, knowledge workers, and the knowledge economy are concepts Mr. Drucker originated. During the interview Mr. Drucker is answering following questions: "How do we measure knowledge workers' productivity?", "Does online education have potential in the developing world?", "What should happen with American health care?" and others. Mr. Drucker states that "in health care, information technologies has already made a fabulous impact". "The number of jobs being exported is minimal. It's the jobs at home that are being changed totally".
