| Abstract: | An assessment of the outputs of 25 brainstorming groups, using an intuitive, holistic approach, and overall self-assessment ratings for factors that influenced performance, with three experienced trainers rating the ideas produced, to provide a foundation for developing diagnostic tools to assess creative performance in problem-solving teams.
