| Abstract: | Staff of Kenya TV complain that in lack of money there is no possibility for travel, research and making home drama productions. Also viewers criticize the poor radio and TV services. The point is that advertising income cannot be used for development but it is taken to the Treasury. Now the ministers of finance and broadcast try to solve the problem. |
