| Abstract: | The main bodies in commercial and side-production interchange are common industrial and commercial bank, commercial bank and investment bank. Common industrial and commercial corporations' great loses from production interchange defeat are beard by stockholders and bondholders. If commercial and investment banks have great loses of side-production interchange defeat, they will be bankrupt or remedy by themselves. The government may give its efforts to re-organize and help for these management actions affected by outer factors. |
