| Abstract: | The China's commercial bank's bad credit has larger qualities and serious credit risk different from the western one with special features, such as concentration, conceal, accumulation and system and lack of risky main body. The reasons are unimproved outer economical commercial system and poor management. So it should improve bank's outer operational environment and enforce inner scientific management for preventing bank's credit risk. |
