| Abstract: | The paper thought about it must enforce management's ethical education and construction in China's economic transition time. It pointed out we should enforce ethical moral education, change opinion and make up new ethical principals, deep economical system reform, enforce organization rule and system construction, improve legal system and make up personal corporation's culture after detailed analyzing some main factors affecting management ethical construction, such as basic value, structural restriction and cultural environment. |
