| Abstract: | The matter of efficiency is the crux of our reform and development. Efficiency is created by human beings under specific economic mechanism. The crux of raising efficiency is to change the mechanism under which human beings participate the economic process, that is to say, to create a mechanism which gives full play to workers' activeness and creativity. Reform and stability are two essential tasks which we are facing. At present time, we have to start with the aspects of supply and demand in order to guarantee a relatively high rate of economic growth. The inadequacy of aggregate demand is a factor which hinders our economic growth. It's necessary to stimulate the economy by means of interest rate. |
