Abstract:Our current buyer's market is formed under circumstances that while the incomes of residents continue to increase and the economic growth keeps a relatively high level, the overall market price level remains a low level. Such kind of buyer's market is the survival of the fittest through competition rather than the general condition that the supply exceeds the demand. While maintaining the macro- regulating policy of "moderate tightening", we have to seek for ways which help to break through the obstacles that limit the upgrading of the consumption structure and the industrial structure in the present economic development. furthermore, we have to support key industries, develop new industries, strengthen the research and development of rural market, increase investment in view of existing situation,so as to stimulate effective demand, raise the competitiveness.
