| Abstract: | An outstanding feature of the currently ongoing adjustment is that the background of economic adjustment has changed. Our current adjustment differs from both the past economic adjustment and the economic adjustment in other countries. This adjustment is not passive, but initiative; not partial, but systematical; not by the administration,but by the market; not simple, but innovative. The basic content of the adjustment is to start consumption and enlarge domestic demand; to improve supplying and adjust production structure; to develop international market; to prevent financial risks. |
