| Abstract: | The Russian economy has been undergoing dramatic changes, and Russia is gradually integrating into the world market economy. Does this mean that Western ethical standards are being introduced into Russian economic life as well? If there is a gap in ethicality between Western and Russian conduct, this will be a serious problem for both sides. The purpose is to examine the perceptions of Russian executives toward the relationship between legal and ethical conduct. |
