| Abstract: | This article focuses on the use of the contract model as a basis for a theory of business ethics. Referred to is the project for an Integrative Social Contract Theory (ISCT) as developed by Donaldson and Dunfee. This article presents some implications following from two criticisms for the application of the social contract model to the domain of business ethics. |
