| Abstract: | China should adopt preferential policies , absorb intelligent results, gather qualified personnel and introduce foreign investment actively through a cooperative way. Facing domestic and international markets, China should make great efforts to develop export-oriented products. Various investment channels and economic structures should be tried to improve the development of high-tech zones. China should also guide the development of high-tech zones by integrated policy system, unified plan and rational layout. |
